I’m a first-year studying English at Christ Church. I’ve been published in Ash magazine and by United Press and was a Foyle Young Poet of the year in 2015, briefly, before being disqualified for being 6 hours too old. (This is one of those stories that was pretty bad when it happened but has got funnier with time…) My A-levels college was generous enough to give me first prize for their annual poetry competition for the two years I was there, and my verse adaptation of the Euripides play Iphigenia at Aulis is being put on in Christ Church garden in 4th week.
